Only veterinary documentation of vaccinations & health accepted. Pets exhibiting signs of flea & tick infestation will be treated upon arrival/check-in at the owner’s expense.

Check-out time is 1:00 PM.
As with hotels, the first day is charged regardless of check-in time. The last day is not charged for check-out before 1:00 PM. Out of “normal” drop off and/or pick up time are charged an additional fee and MUST be pre-arranged.
Payment is required at the time of service. We accept Debit or Credit Cards.
